Throughout the rehearsal process, we experimented a lot with paper as costume and the limitations that presents to a performer. This "Paper Creature", as it came to be known, is a character I developed and ultimately performed as part of the project. Prior to this experience I hadn't worked with paper sculpture before, but this rehearsal process allowed a lot of freedom of experimentation.
